Organization admins find these under Settings → Organization: Usage for AI usage, and Subscription for the plan, seats, and billing. Only Billing Owners can change the subscription; other admins can view it.

Check AI usage

Usage shows how much of your AI allowance is used and when it resets. A row marked Almost used up or Limit reached means AI work may pause until the allowance resets or the plan changes. Select Refresh for the latest figures.

Upgrade from a trial

  1. Open Subscription and select Upgrade.
  2. Enter the number of Paid seats. You need at least one seat for each member and pending invitation.
  3. Review the price and terms, tick the agreement, and select Continue to checkout.
If you leave checkout before paying, select Resume checkout to return to it.

Change seats

Each member and pending invitation uses a seat. Select Change seats, enter the new total, and review the price.
  • Adding seats is charged now.
  • Removing seats takes effect at your next renewal. Members are never removed automatically, and you can Undo seat decrease until then.
You can also buy a seat while inviting someone, when the organization has none free.

Enterprise options

For zero data retention (ZDR), contact sales to discuss an Enterprise plan. ZDR is not available on Individual plans.

Manage billing and owners

  • Manage billing opens the billing page for your payment method and invoices.
  • Billing owners lists who can change the subscription. The Primary owner can add owners, remove them, or Make Primary Owner to hand over the role.

Cancel or keep a subscription

Select Cancel subscription to stop it renewing. You keep full access until the end of the billing period, and can select Keep subscription until then.
After a subscription ends, editing is turned off and you have a limited time to download your content. The Subscription page shows the last date. Download what you need before then.
If a payment fails, a Payment overdue notice shows the date to pay by. Select Pay overdue invoice to keep access.
