# Account and session security

> Review your password, active sessions, and connected accounts.

Your Collivo account can open organization and project work. Review its security settings, active sessions, and connected accounts when your devices or responsibilities change.

## Change your password

1. Select **Settings** <Icon icon="settings" color="#1F7A5A" /> in the sidebar.
2. Under **Account**, select **Security** <Icon icon="shield" color="#1F7A5A" />.
3. In the **Password** section, select **Change** <Icon icon="key-round" color="#1F7A5A" />.
4. Complete the password change in the dialog.

Use a unique password that you do not reuse for another service.

## Review active sessions

1. Select **Settings** <Icon icon="settings" color="#1F7A5A" /> in the sidebar.
2. Under **Account**, select **Sessions** <Icon icon="monitor" color="#1F7A5A" />.
3. Review the browser, approximate location, and **Last seen** time for each session.
4. For a session you no longer need or do not recognize, select **Sign out** <Icon icon="log-out" color="#1F7A5A" />.

Signing out a listed session ends its access to your account on that device.

## Review connected accounts

1. Select **Settings** <Icon icon="settings" color="#1F7A5A" /> in the sidebar.
2. Under **Account**, select **Connected accounts** <Icon icon="link-2" color="#1F7A5A" />.
3. Review connections under **Connected Storage Accounts** and **Connected External Accounts**.

Storage connections are used to import files. External-account connections enable supported agent tools in chat. Connect only accounts needed for your work and review existing connections when your responsibilities change.

## If you notice unexpected account activity

1. Change your password from **Settings → Security**.
2. Open **Settings → Sessions** and select **Sign out** for sessions you do not recognize.
3. Review **Settings → Connected accounts** for unexpected connections.
4. Ask an organization admin to review your membership and roles.
5. Report the concern to Collivo support.

Include the organization and affected project or item name, the approximate time, and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, private keys, access tokens, recovery codes, or unredacted sensitive records.

Contact [support@collivo.com](mailto:support@collivo.com) and use **Security concern** in the subject line when the issue may affect account or organization access.
